Believe it or not, and I'd prefer not to believe it, it has already snowed here. This year has the record of the earliest snow since we've moved here: September 27th. Yeah, September! Ug. Keith was excited. We got about 6 inches in Healy. Most of the snow has melted in Fairbanks already, except in the shady spots.
So, Cecelia has already experienced snow. Like Mommy, she didn't like it very much. I warned her that she "ain't seen nothin' yet" and that the snow usually wasn't as wet, but was usually colder.

So, happy winter. And for those of you who won't have snow for several months, or even better, won't have any at all, don't brag! If you do, you might end up with some permanent house guests. I've often told Keith that I would make a great "snow bird".

Mathias didn't like his first snow either. He screamed bloody murder. I guess that's why he liked moving to the south and becoming a southern boy.
The book I was reading was "We're Going on a Bear Hunt." Casar is to marry and Cazar is to hunt. Easy mishap:)
Your little one is growing so fast! You are the cutest mom ever! Way to be:o)
That is seriously just sick that she had her first snow in October. I think she would really enjoy growing up in the lower 48.
She's adorable!! Belated Congratulations.
I'll put your blog on my list! We're in Utah still. Chase is finishing his last year of his masters degree in accounting. Currently he is interviewing for jobs. Maybe Dallas, maybe Salt Lake, maybe Seattle...we'll see.
